We believe Skill Development and training of Human resources is essential to the country’s aspirations of becoming a developed country. Economic growth and development are attached to the demand and supply chain, comprising not only raw material but also the skilled workforce that can drive the economics of the business in the right direction. This presents a tremendous opportunity to build skills and professionally trained people.

Through our CSR initiatives and Employee donation program, in association with our NGO partnerships, we are working towards building opportunities and supporting infrastructure for skill and livelihood building. Some of our projects include tailoring, small vocational training, IT training, entrepreneurship, and small-scale business support, green skilling, art and craft skilling, beautician courses, and placements through our NGOs partnerships across India.

We work in conjunction with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to certify and employ skilled workers from rural backgrounds. All the skilled people receive certification from NSDC which can be used to both get employment and also to avail funds to start a business on their own, thus promoting Entrepreneurship.
